• Prices are determined according to the plan you select

• Payments are collected in advance
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer

5.3 Refund Policy

• 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions
• No refunds for monthly subscriptions

5.4 Taxes

• All prices are quoted excluding VAT
• Applicable taxes are added to the invoice

• 99.9% uptime target (annual)
• Scheduled maintenance is notified in advance

• Immediate termination may apply for serious violations

8.3 After Termination

• Access to your data ends within 30 days
• We provide the ability to download your data

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes:

• Continued use constitutes acceptance

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Disputes are resolved in the courts of Tallinn.

10.3 Mediation

We agree to attempt mediation before litigation.

11. General Provisions
